Ingredients
2Chicken Breastscut in thin strips
2Green Peppersthinly sliced
1Red Pepperthinly sliced & halved
1Medium Onionsliced in half moons
¼cupOil
2tablespoonTrader Joe's Chili Lime Seasoning
Salt & Pepper to taste
Limes & Cilantro to garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°. Cover a sheet pan with foil or parchment paper for easier cleanup.
On a baking sheet, toss chicken, peppers and onions in oil & sprinkle with seasoning. Spread everything into an even layer & mix well.
Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes stirring halfway through.
Remove from oven, toss ingredients well and give your sheet pan a good squeeze of lime juice all over!
Garnish with cilantro leaves and lime slices. Serve with rice/cauliflower rice, gluten free wraps or lettuce wraps.
