1½ cups Almond Flour 4 tablespoon Coconut Flour ½ cup Tapioca Flour ½ teaspoon Baking Soda 1 teaspoon Baking Powder 5 tablespoon Unsweetened Cocoa Powder ¼ teaspoon Salt 4 Eggs 4 tablespoon Coconut Oil melted ½ cup Pure Maple Syrup 2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract Chocolate Glaze 4 tablespoon Coconut Oil melted 4 tablespoon Pure Maple Syrup 4 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Preheat oven to 350° and grease your donut pan.
In a mixing bowl, start making the donut batter by adding your wet ingredients-eggs, coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, mix together your dry ingredients. Then combine with your wet ingredients.
Scoop batter into each donut mold about halfway to ¾ full. Gently flatten any uneven batter with the back of a spoon.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until you can press your finger into the donut and it springs back.
While you're waiting for the donuts to bake, mix together the glaze ingredients in a small bowl until smooth. Set aside.
Remove from the oven and let cool a few minutes before adding the frosting.
Dip the top of each donut into the glaze, decorate and serve.
