Big Mac Special Sauce
¾cupMayo
3tablespoonKetchup
2tablespoonDill Relish
2teaspoonYellow Mustard
2teaspoonWhite Vinegar
½teaspoonPaprika
½tsp Onion Powder
Instructions
Heat a large skillet over medium heat then brown ground beef, crumbling with a spatula. Once cooked, drain grease if needed then add the seasonings to the meat. Stir to combine.
Meanwhile, prepare your burger bowl fixings. Bake your fries and cook the bacon, if using. Chop your veggies- you can always do this ahead of time and store in the fridge until ready to eat.
Make the Big Mac Special Sauce. Mix together all of the ingredients and stir well. Set aside.
Assemble your bowl! Start with a layer of shredded lettuce, then spoon the ground beef mixture on top. Add remaining toppings to your liking and drizzle with the sauce. Serve and enjoy!
