Ingredients
  

  • 3 Ripe Bananas
  • cups Gluten Free 1:1 Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • cup Oil
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon Optional but delicious!
Optional Add-Ins
  • ½ cup Chocolate Chips
  • ½ cup Chopped Nuts

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan. Line with parchment paper for extra easy removal of the loaf after baking.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas until mostly smooth.
  3. Add eggs, oil, sugar, and vanilla. Mix until combined.
  4. Slowly whisk in gluten free flour, baking soda, and salt until combined. Don't overmix.
  5. Fold in any add-ins if using.
  6. Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 50 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool before slicing to allow it to set and not crumble. Enjoy!
