Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Breakfast Sausage Roll
  • 10 oz Frozen Diced Potatoes or 2 Russet Potatoes Peeled and Diced
  • ½ cup Green Peppers Diced
  • ½ cup Red Peppers Diced
  • 8 Eggs
  • ½ cup Milk

Method
 

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, crumble and cook sausage and potatoes, until browned. Add vegetables and continue cooking for another 5 minutes until tender.
  2. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika while cooking.
  3. In a small bowl, combine eggs and milk. Scramble with a fork until mixed well.
  4. Pour over sausage and potato mixture, stirring gentle until eggs are cooked. Serve warm.
