- In a large skillet over medium heat, crumble and cook sausage and potatoes, until browned. Add vegetables and continue cooking for another 5 minutes until tender.
- Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika while cooking.
- In a small bowl, combine eggs and milk. Scramble with a fork until mixed well.
- Pour over sausage and potato mixture, stirring gentle until eggs are cooked. Serve warm.
