Method
- Combine flour, baking powder, sugar and salt in a mixing bowl and whisk together.
- Add the wet ingredients- eggs, oil, milk and vanilla extract- into the dry ingredients until well combined and a smoothe batter forms.
- Heat an electric griddle to 375° or a skillet to medium heat. Coat with a little butter, then pour on pancake batter to desired size. Wait until bubbles form and edges are set, then flip.
- Serve with banana slices, fresh berries, chocolate chips, chopped nuts or hemp hearts, and pure maple syrup.
