- Cut up 4 cups of watermelon and spread it out in a single layer on a large cookie sheet or ziplock bag. Freeze at least 2 hours.
- Prepare rims of margarita glasses by rubbing with a slice of lime then dipping in sugar, salt or tahin.
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and slushy.
- Pour into prepared margarita glasses and garnish with a slice of lime.

Notes
Want it stronger? Add a splash more of tequila. Want it brighter? Add an extra squeeze of lime. A little too thick? Add a splash of water. Want to make it a mocktail? Skip the liquor and replace with 1 cup or so of water.
