Ingredients
  

For the Dirt Cups
  • 1 package Gluten-free chocolate sandwich cookies crushed
  • 1 box Instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups Cold milk (or dairy-free milk)
For the Strawberry Carrots
  • 8 large Fresh strawberries with stems (washed & completely dried)
  • 1 cup Orange candy melts (or white chocolate + orange food coloring)

  • 8 Clear Glasses 8oz

Method
 

  1. Pulse or crush gluten-free cookies into crumbs.
  2. Whisk pudding mix with milk until thickened (about 2–3 minutes).
  3. Add cookie crumbs, pudding, then more crumbs into 8 small cups.
  4. Melt candy melts, dip strawberries, and let set on parchment paper.
  5. Place one strawberry “carrot” on top of each dirt cup.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
