- Pulse or crush gluten-free cookies into crumbs.
- Whisk pudding mix with milk until thickened (about 2–3 minutes).
- Add cookie crumbs, pudding, then more crumbs into 8 small cups.
- Melt candy melts, dip strawberries, and let set on parchment paper.
- Place one strawberry “carrot” on top of each dirt cup.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
