Easy gluten free shamrock pops made with chocolate and pretzels. A fun no-bake St. Patrick’s Day dessert perfect for kids and parties.

Method
 

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and melt in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth. Add green food coloring to desired shade.
  3. Place about a teaspoon of the chocolate on a parchment lined baking sheet. Press a lollipop stick into the center, then 3 mini pretzels around it to form a shamrock shape. Place in the freezer to harden.
  4. Spoon melted chocolate over the center of each shamrock, just enough to hold the pretzels together and secure the stick.cover the pretzels.
  5. Immediately add sprinkles or any other festive garnish as desired. Place back in the fridge or freezer until chocolate is set 10-15 minutes until firm.
