Method
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and melt in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth. Add green food coloring to desired shade.
- Place about a teaspoon of the chocolate on a parchment lined baking sheet. Press a lollipop stick into the center, then 3 mini pretzels around it to form a shamrock shape. Place in the freezer to harden.
- Spoon melted chocolate over the center of each shamrock, just enough to hold the pretzels together and secure the stick.cover the pretzels.
- Immediately add sprinkles or any other festive garnish as desired. Place back in the fridge or freezer until chocolate is set 10-15 minutes until firm.
