- Preheat your oven to 350°F and line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper. This makes it easy to lift the brownies out and get clean slices.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the oil and sugar until smooth. Add the eggs and vanilla and mix until fully combined.
- Stir in the cocoa powder, gluten free flour, and salt just until the batter comes together. The batter will be thick.
- Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan and bake for about 30 minutes. The edges should be set, but the center should still look slightly soft.A toothpick inserted in the middle should come out with a few moist crumbs, not completely clean.
