This Mango Lemon Sorbet is made with only 3 ingredients! Juicy mango meets the tart zing of lemon for a frozen treat that's gluten free and dairy free.

Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz Frozen Mango Chunks
  • 1 cup Plant Based Milk
  • 2 Lemons juiced

  1. Add mango, milk and lemon juice to a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour mixture into a loaf pan then freeze at least 1 hour or until desired consistancy. If the sorbet gets too firm, defrost for aboout 10 minutes before scooping.
