- Add mango, milk and lemon juice to a blender.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
- Pour mixture into a loaf pan then freeze at least 1 hour or until desired consistancy. If the sorbet gets too firm, defrost for aboout 10 minutes before scooping.
