Say hello to your new favorite way to cool off this summer. If you've been in need of a new, easy, cool summer treat to whip up, well, I am happy to let you know you're in the perfect place! This 3 Ingredient Mango Lemon Sorbet is perfect for an outdoor day by the pool or once everyone is back inside, ready to get away from the heat. Sweet, juicy mango meets the tart zing of a fresh lemon for a frozen treat that's as refreshing as it is effortless. No fancy equipment is needed; instead, sit back and keep reading so you can learn how to make it yourself!

    Get the Inside Scoop!

This mango sorbet really does make a perfect summer dessert, but even if it's not summer, it's sure to brighten anyone's day. With just 3 ingredients, you can make your own refreshing dessert that's light, vibrant, and incredibly tasty. Whether you're looking for a quick treat or a palate cleanser with a pop of flavor, this sorbet delivers every time! Let's get into what you'll need!

What You Will Need To Make It!

This is only a three ingredient recipe! Your shopping list will thank you. Here's what you need:

    Blender

    Frozen Mango Chunks

    Plant Based Milk

    Juiced Lemons

Time to put these ingredients together! Here's How to Make Mango Lemon Sorbet

Start by adding your mango, milk, and lemon juice to your blender. Blend these ingredients together at high speed. Stop once your mixture is smooth and creamy.

Once this step is done, pour your mixture from your blender into a loaf pan and freeze for at least an hour or until you achieve your perfect texture.

In case your sorbet gets too firm, let it defrost for about 10 minutes before scooping. Another trick I like is to run some warm water along the sides of your loaf pan if you can't wait any longer!

    You're ready to scoop away!

I hope you make this super quick and easy recipe! Although it's always a great summer hit, it really is a treat I always have ready in the freezer.
