Easy Gluten Free Drop Biscuits
Ingredients
- 2 cups Gluten Free 1:1 Flour
- 1 tablespoon Baking Powder
- ยฝ teaspoon Baking Soda
- ยฝ teaspoon Salt
- 8 tablespoon Melted Butter salted
- 1 tablespoon Sugar add an additional tablespoon sugar for sweet Biscuits
- 1 Egg
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400ยฐF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together gluten-free flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar and salt.
- Add in melted butter and egg. Then add the milk + apple cider vinegar mixture. Stir gently until a thick dough forms.
- Scoop dough (about ยผ cup each) onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing biscuits about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 15-16 minutes, or until the tops are lightly golden and the centers are set.
- Brush warm biscuits with more melted butter if desired. Serve immediately.
