- Start by simply mixing the chili lime seasoning with oil. Spread the chicken, peppers, and onions across a large sheet pan. I use this extra large sheet pan to make sure there's enough room for all ingredients to spread out and cook evenly.
- Season with salt & pepper, then toss the chicken, peppers and onions with the chili lime fajita marinade.
- After baking, a squeeze of fresh lime juice and a sprinkle of chopped fresh cilantro across the top of the fajitas is the perfect finishing touch to this delicious flavor combination.

- Preheat oven to 425°. Cover a sheet pan with foil or parchment paper for easier cleanup.
- On a baking sheet, toss chicken, peppers and onions in oil & sprinkle with seasoning. Spread everything into an even layer & mix well.
- Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes stirring halfway through.
- Remove from oven, toss ingredients well and give your sheet pan a good squeeze of lime juice all over!
- Garnish with cilantro leaves and lime slices. Serve with rice/cauliflower rice, gluten free wraps or lettuce wraps.
