Easy Trader Joe’s chili lime chicken fajitas made in under 30 minutes! A quick, flavorful weeknight dinner using TJ’s chili lime seasoning. Gluten-free, dairy-free, paleo, whole30 friendly!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Chicken Breasts cut in thin strips
  • 2 Green Peppers thinly sliced
  • 1 Red Pepper thinly sliced & halved
  • 1 Medium Onion sliced in half moons
  • ¼ cup Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Trader Joe's Chili Lime Seasoning
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Limes & Cilantro to garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°. Cover a sheet pan with foil or parchment paper for easier cleanup.
  2. On a baking sheet, toss chicken, peppers and onions in oil & sprinkle with seasoning. Spread everything into an even layer & mix well.
  3. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes stirring halfway through.
  4. Remove from oven, toss ingredients well and give your sheet pan a good squeeze of lime juice all over!
  5. Garnish with cilantro leaves and lime slices. Serve with rice/cauliflower rice, gluten free wraps or lettuce wraps.
