- Preheat oven to 425°. Cover a sheet pan with foil or parchment paper for easier cleanup.
- On a baking sheet, toss chicken, peppers and onions in oil & sprinkle with seasoning. Spread everything into an even layer & mix well.
- Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes stirring halfway through.
- Remove from oven, toss ingredients well and give your sheet pan a good squeeze of lime juice all over!
- Garnish with cilantro leaves and lime slices. Serve with rice/cauliflower rice, gluten free wraps or lettuce wraps.
