Every great pizza night starts with a yummy crust! This gluten free pizza dough recipe is quick, easy and absolutely delicious! It's also very versatile and can be used for calzones, stromboli or garlic bread.

Ingredients
2cupsGluten Free 1 to 1 Flour
2teaspoonBaking Powder
½teaspoonSalt
½teaspoonGarlic Powder
1teaspoonOreganodried
2tablespoonOil
1tablespoonApple Cider Vinegar
2Eggs
½-¾cupWarm Water
2tablespoonSugar
1tablespoonInstant Rise Yeast
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, garlic powder, oregano & salt. Mix and set aside.
Heat the water to warm and pour into a measuring cup. Stir in sugar and yeast. Let sit a few minutes until it starts to bubble.
Meanwhile, add eggs, oil and apple cider vinegar to a mixing bowl.
After the yeast mixture starts bubbling, add the liquid to the eggs.
Mix on medium and then slowly add the flour mixture.
Continue mixing until a dough forms. If dough seems sticky, add a little more flour. If dough seems dry, add a little more water.
Let dough sit for at least 15 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400°
Lightly flour a baking sheet or line with parchment paper.
Flatten and shape the dough to the pizza shape you desire. Flour your hands if the dough gets sticky.
Bake for 5-7 minutes. Remove from oven and top with your favorite sauce and toppings.
Bake an additional 15-20 minutes or until crust is golden. For an extra crispy crust, remove the pizza from the baking pan and place directly on the oven rack for the last 10 minutes.
