Ingredients

Salmon Filets
Seasoned Salt
Paprika
Parsley Flakes
Parmesan Cheese

Instructions
Preheat broiler to high.
Rinse and pat dry salmon. Sprinkle each filet with seasoned salt, paprika & parsley flakes.
Broil until almost cooked, about 6-8 minutes.
In the mean time, in a small bowl, melt the butter and minced garlic together using the microwave.
Remove salmon from the oven and brush with garlic butter. Then sprinkle with a generous amount of parmesan cheese.
Put back under the broiler for another 2-3 minutes until browned & crispy. Keep an eye on it because it cooks quick!
