Barbeque Sauce
we use Stubb's which is Certified GF
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°.
In a large mixing bowl, add ground beef, almond flour, eggs & seasonings. Mix well.
Shape into a loaf in a shallow baking pan. I use an 8x8 baking dish. Then spread BBQ sauce on top.
Bake about 50 minutes until cooked through. Let rest 5-10 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a fun kid-friendly option, I sometimes separate the meat mixture into smaller portions and cook in a muffin pan.
