Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Cassava Flour
  • 2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut Oil melted
  • 1-½ cups Plant Based Milk unsweetened
  • ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
Serving Ideas
  • Fresh fruit, pure maple syrup, homemade fruit syrup, chia jam, peanut butter, yogurt or cream cheese.

Method
 

  1. Preheat waffle iron.
  2. Beat eggs in a large bowl until fluffy.
  3. Mix in remaining ingredients until batter is smooth. If batter seems thick, add a splash more milk.
  4. Pour onto waffle iron. Remove when crispy and golden brown. Top with desired ingredients.
