- Preheat broiler to high.
- Rinse and pat dry salmon. Sprinkle each filet with seasoned salt, paprika & parsley flakes.
- Broil salmon until almost cooked, about 6-8 minutes.
- Remove salmon from the oven and place a few butter slices on top of the salmon. Sprinkle with a generous amount of parmesan cheese.
- Put back under the broiler for another 3-4 minutes until browned and crispy. Keep an eye on it because it cooks quick!
