Easy gluten free caprese cracker stacks made with tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, and balsamic glaze. A simple appetizer perfect for parties!

Ingredients
  

  • 20-24 Sturdy Gluten free crackers
  • 2-3 Roma Tomatoes sliced into thin rounds
  • 8 oz Fresh Mozzarella sliced into bite sized chunks
  • 2-3 tablespoon Balsamic Glaze

Method
 

  1. Slice the Roma tomatoes into thin, even rounds. Pat dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
  2. Cut the fresh mozzarella into small, bite-sized cubes.
  3. Lay out gluten free crackers on a serving tray in a single layer.
  4. Place a tomato slice on top of the cracker.
  5. Add a cube of mozzarella on top of the tomato.
  6. Place a basil leaf on top of mozzarella slice (fold or rip smaller if large).
  7. Finish with a drizzle of balsamic glaze right before serving.
