Graham Cracker Crust
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Using a food processor, pulse the graham crackers until you have crumbs. Then combine with the sugar and melted butter and press into an 8x8 baking pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes until crust is golden. Allow to cool before filling.
Key Lime Filling
- Add cream cheese to a mixing bowl and beat well until smooth.
- Pour in both cans of sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, and lime zest. Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Pour the filling over the graham cracker crust and bake for 10 minutes. After baking, allow to cool then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
