These Loaded Apple Nachos are a quick & healthy snack that the whole family will love! Sliced apples are drizzled with warm nut butter, then topped with chocolate chips and layered with whatever other toppings you are craving.

Ingredients
  

  • 1-2 Apples cored and sliced thin, lengthwise
  • cup Nut Butter or more if you like a lot!
  • 1 teaspoon Coconut Oil
Topping Ideas
  • Gluten Free Granola Our favorite oat-free option is Purely Elizabeth Grain-Free Granola
  • Nuts & Seeds Chia Seeds, Flax Seeds, Hemp Hearts, etc
  • Chocolate Chips preferably mini
  • Unsweetened Coconut shredded

Method
 

  1. Core and thinly slice the apples into round chips or wedges. Arrange them in a single layer on a serving plate.
  2. Melt nut butter and oil in a small microwave safe bowl for about 20 second intervals until melted.
  3. With a spoon, drizzle melted nut butter on top of the apples.
  4. Sprinkle with toppings and enjoy!
