- In a large bowl, combine the oats, cinnamon, and chia seeds and stir to combine.
- Add the yogurt, milk, maple syrup and vanilla extract. Stir well.
- Divide into 4 glass jars then top with peaches. rRefrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
