Ingredients You Need
The ingredient list is simple and pretty flexible. Grab your mason jars and fill them up with these ingredients:
- Gluten free rolled oats. Be sure to use Certified Gluten Free Oats.
- Milk. Any Kind! Regular, almond, coconut, or oat milk all work.
- Yogurt. Adds creaminess and protein. Unsweetened Greek yogurt or choose your favorite unsweetened plant based version.
- Fresh or frozen peaches. Fresh is amazing in the summer, but frozen works year round and softens perfectly overnight.
- Maple syrup. For a touch of sweetness.
- Chia seeds. Thickens the oats and adds fiber.
- Vanilla & Cinnamon. The flavor combo that makes these taste like peaches and cream.
If you want to boost protein, feel free to add a scoop of vanilla protein powder. If you want extra creaminess, add a spoonful of almond butter or a dollop of yogurt on top. You really can't mess this recipe up.
