This gluten free recipe for twix candy bars is super easy to follow!

Bake the Shortbread Base

  1. Place shortbread ingredients in a food processor until a dough forms.
  2. Press the mixture into a parchment-lined 8x8 inch pan then bake for 20 minutes.

Make the Caramel

  1. In a saucepan over low heat, stir together the caramel ingredients.
