  1. Start by preheating your oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Next, take a large bowl and use a hand mixer to cream the softened butter and all the sugars together. Once it starts to mix, add your eggs, vanilla extract and beat well.
  3. After beating your mixture, slowly add your dry ingredients. In between each addition, continue to mix well. Once all ingredients are fully mixed, fold in your chocolate chips; add as many as you would like!

  • 2¾ cups Gluten Free 1:1 Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Butter softened
  • ¾ cup Brown Sugar
  • ½ cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 cups Chocolate Chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°.
