This gluten free Red, White and Blue Fruit Pizza is the perfect patriotic dessert for your next holiday celebration! Memorial Day, 4th of July or Labor Day- this dessert has you covered!

red white and blue gluten free fruit pizza recipe

This dessert is not only delicious, but so simple and super festive! Made with a soft sugar cookie crust then topped with a sweet cream cheese frosting and gorgeous summer berries.

Get the kids in the kitchen for this one because they will have so much fun helping out with the decorating!

HOW DO YOU MAKE THIS GLUTEN FREE FRUIT PIZZA?

I use my favorite sugar cookie recipe from Bob's Red Mill to create a jumbo "crust" and then bake it on a circular pizza pan.

Top with a layer of cream cheese frosting then get creative with all the fresh berries. People will be calling you Martha Stewart after they see your creation!

By using any colorful fruit combination of your choice, you can make this fruit pizza for any occasion- birthdays, summer barbeques or potlucks.

I used strawberries, raspberries, blueberries & blackberries to keep it patriotic!

CAN I MAKE THIS FRUIT PIZZA DAIRY FREE?

Absolutely! You can just use vegan butter in the sugar cookie recipe, and swap vegan cream cheese in the frosting in place of the traditional cream cheese.

It looks so fancy, but I promise you it is so easy to throw together. Plus, you can make it ahead by cooking the crust and adding the frosting. Store it in the fridge and then add the berries right before serving. For travelling with this dessert, I covered the pizza pan in foil and kept the berries in a tupperware container, then assembled before serving.

This gluten free fruit pizza is sure to be the star of the show at your next summer party! It's always a crowd favorite and literally gone within minutes!
