Now that you have what you need, let's talk about how to bake these gluten free cinnamon rolls!

Starting with our cinnamon roll dough, combine 1 tablespoon of sugar and your butter in a small saucepan to warm. Take your yeast and begin to sprinkle it on top of this mixture until it begins to bubble. Meanwhile in a large seperate bowl, add flour, additional sugar, baking powder and salt. Once these are mixed add your yeast mixture and one egg, kneading until a smoothe dough forms! Once you have your dough, roll it out on a floured surface, adding more flour if it's too sticky. Spread the dough until it is roughly 10x14 in size!

Next, lets make our filling for cinnamon rolls! Take your softened butter and spread it across the rolled out dough. Then in a small bowl, mix together your brown sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle it ontop of the buttered dough evenly. Carefully, roll up the dough and slice to make the roll shape. Place the slices in a greased casserole dish. Then cover and place somewhere warm for about an hour to let the dough rise. Bake for 18 minutes until golden brown!

Finally, for our cream cheese frosting for cinnamon rolls! Take all of the ingredients and mix them in a stand mixer. Once smooth, wait for your rolls to cool out of the oven then drizzle the frosting over the rolls!

Now it's time for me to roll it up!

After all the effort you put into these rolls, it is safe to say they are baked with love!
