Instructions on How to Make Roasted Brussels Sprouts

  1. Preheat the oven:
    Set your oven to 400°F
  2. Prepare:
Rinse, trim, and halve the sprouts. Pat them dry! This step helps them get crispy when roasting.
  3. Toss with oil and seasoning:
In a large bowl, combine the Brussels sprouts, olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Toss until evenly coated.
  4. Add bacon:
Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet and layer the chopped bacon pieces over the top.
  5. Roast until golden:
Roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the Brussels sprouts are golden brown and the bacon is crisp.
  6. Finish and serve:
Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with fresh pomegranate seeds. If desired, drizzle lightly with balsamic glaze additional flavor.
