- Eggs
- Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- Sugar
- Coconut Oil
- Baking Powder
- Baking Soda
- Salt
- Peppermint Extract
- Chocolate Chips
How to Make this Healthy Brownie Recipe
This recipe is so simple! Just throw all of your ingredients into a food processor to make the batter. Stir in chocolate chips, then bake!
- Preheat oven to 350° and grease a square 8x8 pan
- Blend all ingredients(except chocolate chips!) in a blender or food processor.
- Stir in ½ cup chocolate chips.
- Poor batter into greased 8x8 pan. Smooth out the top with the back of a spoon.
- Top with remaining chocolate chips and bake for 30-35mins.

- ½ cup Chocolate Chips plus some extra for topping!
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350° and grease a square 8x8 pan
