What are Totchos? The Ultimate Comfort Food Mashup!
Totchos are exactly what they sound likeโtater tot nachos. Instead of tortilla chips, the base is made from crispy baked or fried tater tots, topped with your favorite nacho-style ingredients. Think cheese, jalapeรฑos, sour cream, green onions, and more. In this BBQ-inspired version, we add sweet and tangy pulled meat, gluten-free BBQ sauce, and a handful of crave-worthy toppings.
