    Chocolate Peppermint Bliss Balls

Is there anything better than a classic mint and chocolate combo? If you come up with something, let me know! I personally LOVE mint and chocolate together, and these bliss balls are the perfect way to curb your chocolate cravings in a healthy way!

Did I mention how quick they are to make? Twenty minutes at the most, but I bet you will get them done quicker!

And guess what? No baking involved!

These bliss balls are made with easy to find ingredients you can buy at every grocery store, and they contain no added sugar because they are naturally sweetened with dates!

The very best part...this recipe is naturally gluten free!

How to Make this Chocolate Mint Bliss Balls Recipe

You only need 5 simple ingredients and 2 easy steps to make this recipe! This snack is great to keep on hand in the fridge. Pack in lunchboxes, or grab one or two for a quick afternoon pick-me-up.

    • Raw cacao powder
    • Pitted Dates
    • Nuts- cashews or almonds work great. I've also used hemp seeds to replace nuts.
    • Coconut Oil
    • Pure Peppermint Extract
    1. Blend together dates and nuts in a food processor. Then, add coconut oil, cacao powder and peppermint extract. Process about 3-4 more minutes until a dough-like consistency forms.
    2. Roll it up into bite-sized balls. You can keep these little bites covered in the fridge for up to a week, but they don't last that long in our house!

I love how simple this snack is to make and that it's made with real, good-for-you ingredients. If you love mint and chocolate as much as I do, I hope you try these out!

    Let's eat!
