How to Make this Chocolate Mint Bliss Balls Recipe
You only need 5 simple ingredients and 2 easy steps to make this recipe! This snack is great to keep on hand in the fridge. Pack in lunchboxes, or grab one or two for a quick afternoon pick-me-up.
- Raw cacao powder
- Pitted Dates
- Nuts- cashews or almonds work great. I've also used hemp seeds to replace nuts.
- Coconut Oil
- Pure Peppermint Extract
- Blend together dates and nuts in a food processor. Then, add coconut oil, cacao powder and peppermint extract. Process about 3-4 more minutes until a dough-like consistency forms.
- Roll it up into bite-sized balls. You can keep these little bites covered in the fridge for up to a week, but they don't last that long in our house!
I love how simple this snack is to make and that it's made with real, good-for-you ingredients. If you love mint and chocolate as much as I do, I hope you try these out!
