Ingredients for the Best Gluten Free Almond Flour Brownies

Using these handful of ingredients, you'll be able to easily bake the most delicious brownies made with almond flour. Here's what you'll need to get started:

  • Almond Flour
  • Cacao Powder
  • Baking Powder
  • Sugar
  • Oil/Avocado Oil
  • Eggs
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Salt
  • Optional - Chocolate Chips

Instructions on How to Make This Low Carb Brownie Recipe

First, begin the recipe by preheating your oven to 350 degrees. After, grease your 8x8 pan, and set aside.

In a large bowl, add all of your dry ingredients, then whisk together. After whisking, combine your wet ingredients to the bowl and continue to mix. Make sure not to over mix the ingredients so your brownies don't lose their moisture and fluffiness! Once completely mixed, add in your chocolate chips, folding them into the mixture for an extra fudgy brownie. Save some on the side to later add to the top of your brownies!

Once you have your batter, in your greased pan, pour the batter and spread across the pan until even. Use the set aside chocolate chips to sprinkle the top of the batter with for an extra chocolatey finish! Continue to bake the batter for 35-40 minutes. Finally, once cooled, slice into your amazing brownies and enjoy!

Ingredients
  

  • 1½ cups Almond Flour Finely Ground
  • 8 tablespoon Cacao Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1½ cups Sugar
  • ½ cup Oil I use Avocado Oil
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
Optional
  • ½ Cup Chocolate Chips use plant-based for dairy-free

  • 1 8x8 Baking Pan

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350° and grease an 8x8 baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk the dry ingredients together, then mix in the wet ingredients until a batter forms. Do not overmix.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips, reserving 2 tablespoon to sprinkle on top of the batter.
  4. Pour batter into your prepared baking pan and spread evenly. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
  5. Let completely cool before slicing. Enjoy!
