Grilled Salmon with Mango Salsa

Grilled Salmon and Mango Salsa is the perfect summer dish that you’ll want to make immediately!

The tropical flavor is so refreshing, and the sweet & spicy salsa is the perfect contrast to the salmon. Prep the salsa ahead of time and you’ll have a healthy and nutritious meal on the table in only minutes.

Grilled Salmon with Mango Salsa

  • Servings: 4-6

Mango Salsa

  • 1 cup mango, diced
  • 1 cucumber, diced and seeded
  • 1/3 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/3 cup chopped cilantro
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/2 jalapeno, seeded and diced, optional
  • 2 tsp olive oil


  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • juice of 1 lime
  • salt & pepper to taste


  1. Combine all ingredients for the salsa together in a bowl- set aside.
  2. Whisk together the ingredients for the salmon in a separate small bowl.
  3. Place salmon in a baking dish and pour the marinade on top. Cover and place in fridge to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the grill. Brush grates with oil if needed.
  5. Grill the salmon on each side for about 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
  6. Top with mango salsa and serve with rice.

You can also broil the salmon in the oven!
